Engineer-turned-PM with 13 years of experience across cross-border commerce and banking infrastructure. I'm drawn to the problems where getting it right matters most.
Every figure below comes from production launches at Swap, commercetools, and OCBC, not prototypes.
I'm a product leader building AI-native commerce in regulated environments. I spent about seven years shipping code at Dell, Kronos, and EPAM before moving into product, and that background still shows up in how I work: I'm comfortable in architecture reviews and API specs, and I treat technical depth as a product tool, not a side skill.
Today I lead the cross-border infrastructure stack at Swap, owning pricing, checkout, duties and tax, customs, and HS classification across a team of 17. Over the past year I've pushed LLMs deeper into our workflows, with a focus on production reliability rather than demos.
Before Swap, I led Developer Experience at commercetools and owned Connect2OCBC, OCBC's open-banking API sandbox, where we moved the bank's InnoPay ranking from Quadrant 3 to Quadrant 4.
The work I want next is AI-augmented products in regulated or operationally complex domains, where the cost of being wrong is high and the upside of being right is substantial. I write about this on Medium ↗.
A snapshot. The full set, across commerce, AI, banking, and developer experience, lives on the work page.
Automated tax and customs classification across 13K+ jurisdictions. +40% duty/tax accuracy.
Judgment under constraintA top enterprise feature, the call I got wrong, and how we recovered.
Developer experience · AILLM agent that auto-generates SDK integration code. -10% time-to-first-integration.
I'm open to Senior IC PM and Product Lead roles, on-site, hybrid, or remote. Always up for a conversation about cross-border infrastructure, AI in regulated domains, or Technical product leadership.
